If a grievance arises pertaining to continuing education activities or processes, please contact the West Texas Chapter Chair via confidential email to westtexaschair@txapt.org as soon as possible, so that the nature of the concern may be addressed in a timely fashion.

Virtual participants are required to keep their cameras on throughout the entirety of the training and be present and engaged to receive CE credit.

Refunds: Refunds will NOT be made to participants that register but do not attend or do not request a refund from the organizer at least 24 hours prior to the event.
